My wife and I asked Donna to plan a 3-week trip to Italy for us. She put together a travel package and talked with us at length about it. We reviewed and revised our itinerary with her several times so that she could give us the best experience possible. Donna was attentive and listened to our wants and needs. ZERO Stars. Terrible customer service!!! DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME with this company.The president of Travel Leaders of COS, Donna E. took all my details for the family trip I was trying to get prices for and she left me and my family hanging. Donna emailed me a price quote that was not itemized and was totally incorrect, as the pricing when I broke it down, per Hotels, was literally 2X the regular prices online for the same Hotels.
