ZERO Stars. Terrible customer service!!! DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME with this company.The president of Travel Leaders of COS, Donna E. took all my details for the family trip I was trying to get prices for and she left me and my family hanging. Donna emailed me a price quote that was not itemized and was totally incorrect, as the pricing when I broke it down, per Hotels, was literally 2X the regular prices online for the same Hotels. I had my TSA Pre-Check appointment here and it was very very quick. I made the appointment through the TSA website and was in and out of here in a matter of 10ish minutes. The person who helped me was humorous and very nice.
