The trip hasn't started yet and I'm already thoroughly annoyed with this company. We are doing a family cruise to alaska. Despite thinking there is no need for a travel agent for a cruise, my parents (elderly) insisted on going with Kristy. All started off ok. Since Covid we have had terrible luck traveling. We have booked trips only to be canceled by the airline due to weather or unable to get to the destination due to wildfires or just unable to manage it due to family obligations. In these cases, it has been a trial to get refunds and most of the time even with travel insurance we either could not get refunds and at best offered credits to be used within a year. I plan a company trip annually for the last 8 years. In previous years I have done it myself through a third party group website (like Apple Vacations), this year we decided to go with Jodi at Travel Leaders. That was the best choice we have ever made.
