According to TIO they are only the broker so they can't help you if have a problem getting a bill paid . Before you buy ask them if they use Zurich Insurance and do some reviews on them don't walk run away
After 2 days of searching for travel insurance , I called TIO on the recommendation of a friend. AMAZING!!! Both agents that I spoke to were so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The best customer service I've had in many years. I highly recommend TIO.
