I work at a Hotel that received a reservation for a couple who lost power due to the hurricane. The guest traveled (3) hours and when they arrived their credit card declined. I have been on hold for (1 hour and 15 minutes). I spoke with a customer support agent and she informed be that the credit card used was bogus. NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS. Will be posting this all over Facebook so others will know how this business does their customers.
