My credit card was charged without my knowledge or authorization. Despite the charge being unauthorized, it took more than FOUR MONTHS for this company to refund my money. I made repeated attempts to resolve the issue directly, yet nothing was actually done until senior leadership from my company had to step in and escalate the situation on my behalf. Horrible disorganized company. Very unpleasant to work with on all accounts. Regretful our company has no choice but to work with Travel Inc. We lose money working with them. Unfortunate!

I recently travelled with a group from work. I received the trip as a reward from work, there were approximately 400 people in the group. trip was in Cabo and I live in New Hampshire. The day we left it snowed in NH. The weekend we were to return was the weekend of 12/25/26, the weekend of the storm from Dallas to Maine. Everything was a mess everywhere.
