Seems nice enough but very lazy. Could not be bothered to book a vacation with no limits. Gave approximate time and dates left everything else open to just a great experience and a travel agents advice. The very nice lady gave a cruise line number and said she really could help us book anything. Very lame because a travel agent should help you that's what you are paying for.
Angelica is just Great!! Very attentive and sweet. She is such a pleasure to talk to. She goes over and beyond for her clients. Communication is key and she does this quite wonderfully. There were some flight changes that added a few hours onto our traveling time, and Angelica was ON IT! Emailed us right away letting us know that she was aware of the change and had already spoken with the airline about what could be done about it. I had not used a travel agent for years and then our family of 7 decided to go to China to visit our son who is working there. Someone gave me Dotschi's name and I called her. At first I wasn't sure I would actually use her but almost immediately I realized what a skilled person she is. She helped us tremendously with our tickets on the plane over and back. We got much better seats and upgrades than if I did it on my own. She listened well when I told her what type of hotels we wanted. She found the best place for us in Shan... read more
