Really rude, would not recommend, poor quality
Paid $590 for 2 hair units for my wedding. Amanda knew the dates I needed them, accepted my order, and never delivered. My wedding has come and gone and I still have not heard from her or received my money back despite multiple attempts. I wouldn’t suggest my worst enemy attempt to do business with her after this! I can’t believe she’d steal my money knowing this was for a wedding!
My appointment was supposed to be at 8am not 7:40. She said she could squeeze me in 8am. That was the original agreement. I was just going by what she said through text. Technically I was only 20 minutes late, which is just 5 minutes overtime according to the "policies". I get that you're "professional" and all, but canceling my appointment because I was only 5 minutes overtime after paying a deposit is just cruel. My first time here, but Never again!
