Kenn Harp is nothing short of a crook and scam artist. I know he has scheduled many trips for lots of people but he has cancelled them and then fails to refund the money paid. He owes me over $500!!! Stay away from this guy. I have filed complaints and the police are now investigating this crook. I hope he goes to jail.
