I had to put one star in order to post. it should be -10. Used them years ago. Went to use them for a trip to Hawaii. They are all working from home. No office anymore, its closed. Lack of communication, hard to get ahold of. Spent weeks trying to get just the hotel rooms on the different islands. Was told by Michelle who only works 2 1/2 days a week. (office manger) that she has spent time working on this and now wanted to charge $200 dollars before going any further. I called the owner who did not care. Run!!! there are so... read more

The Travel Center was recommended to us by some very close friends, who have been working with The Travel Center for many years. We have worked with Joe and his team on three excursions over the past five years, all of which have gone without a hitch notwithstanding many unexpected challenges. I've been dealing with TCI for many years and they just keep getting better. I dealt with Leah Wozny (travel consultant) and Joe (owner). We wanted to do a Collette Ireland tour (highly recommend them as well) in combination with a visit to our daughter who lives in the Netherlands. Through TCI we were able to do both on the same trip. I can't say enough about how TCI helped us with all the planning, suggestions, as well as dealing with the Covid issues. In December of 2019 I booked a trip to France for June 2020. Sadly I had to cancel due to Covid. I asked my travel agent Beth a few questions about canceling. Her responses were abrupt and rude. She was friendly when I was paying money. She kept saying I should just contact the insurance company. I get it, Avanti lost a lot of money because of Covid. Acting rudely also causes you to lose returning customers. Needless to say, I won’t be using Avanti again.
