This is THE WORST travel agency with which I have planned a vacation. Don't WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY on these people. You will have to do everything from day one and follow-up with many phone calls just to end up getting incorrect and delayed trip information. Go somewhere else!!!! I wouldn't even rate them a ONE STAR but I was forced to select one!!
