In giving us the good advice that we needed, the owner was most generous with her time . She is a patient and pleasant travel agent and she works hard to get your tickets . We bought tickets and will be return customers.

I tried over a dozen times to make three airline reservations including my granddaughter to Quebec City. None would go through. Called Expedia and Travelocity and they couldn't help me. Called MaryAnn at the Travel Bureau and she nailed it! Even got better flights than I found. Amazing. Thank you soooo much.
