Better management would be the best thing at this place, a terrible place to work, with my experience there and things i seen I would never recommend anyone there, GM needs to be fired and nurses need to stop hiding in rooms and having others work more harder. More recent 3rd floor manager was the biggest mistake there. I hope residents are more respected now.

As a family we were looking for a facility that had a strong memory-care program; a fresh, clean building; the appropriate staff/resident ratio; an apartment that mom would feel comfortable in; and a warm, inviting environment.
