Really don't know what all the fuss is about. These guys sent me a letter in the mail, we knew our taxes were going to go up (sure the CLR is becoming more and more of a thing but at the time of my reassessment I had seen friends in similar communities have their taxes raised above the 63.6% CLR) so I felt it worth the investment in a lawyer to fight it for me just to be on the safe side. Understands my needs
DO NOT HIRE FOR REAL ESTATE APPEALS. This firm prices their service in a predatory way and lies about how high your home could be re-assessed by the school district. My house is assessed at 205k (2012 assessment value). I bought it for 365k. With the 2023 Common Level Ratio and if I skipped my hearing altogether, I would be assessed at 232k (365*.636). They showed their pricing based on the possibility of my assessment going up to 365k (literally impossible because it has to be discounted back to 2012 value) and said they wo... read more
Don’t even know where to start! I went to him thru legal aid he charged me 560.00 for a conference call, he made everything worse, he agreed to everything the other attorney asked for in visitations with out me even there or didn’t ask me he just totally agreed to everything the attorney wanted I told him to take it back to the judge so he can decide cause I didn’t agree, and I paid him 560 to do that lol still can’t believe him, thru legal aid a conference call was only 280 smh… didn’t give me no order didn’t respond to mes... read more
