Anne Carter has truly changed my life. Her ability to listen with compassion, ask thoughtful questions, and create a safe, supportive environment has made an incredible difference in my healing journey and my life. My EMDR sessions with her have helped me heal from memories I thought I just had to deal with. The constant replaying of these specific traumatic memories is gone, I don’t wake up in the middle of the night reliving them, and I feel like a new person. If talk therapy and medication have reached their limits in your healing journey, definitely try neurofeedback with John Elliott. He is one of the most passionate and highly experienced neurofeedback providers in the area I know, especially in the area of PTSD/trauma.

A much needed holistic office for working on one's brainwaves. John is experienced, knowledgeable, and kind. He spent a lot of time with me. Neurofeedback is both fascinating, effective, and I can see where it can come in handy for those whose lives are being taken over by anxiety and trauma. For me personally, I didn't like the fuzzy "weird brain" feeling afterwards. Neurofeedback is not for everyone but I will continue to recommend this service as I see it's value.

Wonderfully Professional and Very Friendly. I have never felt uncomfortable or unwelcome whenever I go in. They are very good at communicating with me if there are any scheduling mishaps or an impromptu cancellations.
