We were in need of the service for trauma clean up. Trauma clean up solutions was the first place I called. Wow, did we pick the right company. Patrick was amazing!!! Not only did they do a fantastic job, his kindness and patience was above and beyond. He was easy to work with and has such compassion that we took much comfort in having him handle everything. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I'm leaving this as a 3-star review, as it seems like they do good work if you can get them to come out, but I couldn't even get them out for a walkthrough because the gentleman I was texting with did not want to engage in a "bidding war" after I made the mistake of mentioning that I was getting multiple quotes for this project. Pretty unprofessional to back out because potential clients are shopping around, especially when we're talking about total charges upwards of $15k.

💯 VERY PROFESSIONAL. I would highly recommend Trauma Cleanup Solutions. Very thorough cleaning and sanitizing. He went above and beyond to assist us with additional recommendations. Very highly skilled at their profession. Trustworthy, excellent communication skills & generous to say the least. Patrick's a genuinely good person. Patrick is somewhat of a hero. We are from out of state and he was instrumental in helping us deal with a property we inherited. He did a lot to help us plan our visit via correspondence. We then flew in for a few days and meant him personally. He's just a good guy and he does great work. He made a sad and stressful situation easier to bear.

Patrick is a true godsend. He was so kind and gracious with my family in the most unimaginable time for us. He is professional and constantly accessible.
