I reached out to them via their online form and was contacted quickly by Patrick. He was easy to talk to and we set a time to meet at the location that needed cleanup. He was prompt and professional and put my mind at ease that everything would be taken care of, and it was within hours. If the need ever arises again or someone else needs this type of service I will certainly use them or refer them. So thankful for what they can provide to the community in a tragic situation.
