Howard Traul has been unethical since he began his practice. In 1982 he misrepresented myself as he decided to listen to my husband's wants as well. He took advantage of me as a young person unaware of the rules of the law.
Howard Traul was the most unprofessional and belligerent attorney I have ever had to deal with. Refused to return phone calls to insurance companies to get claims settled and still waiting after the death of a loved. He lied to the life insurance company to withhold funds for as long as possible. If you want an attorney that will drag his feet to bank off of your loss then he’d definitely be who you would want to hire. He will make a tragic time even more tragic. “Great” guy!
Howard Traul has sold information to people who have used it for fraud. He has aided also false implications and used his associates to cover it up for himself. Like any attorney he will sell a person out quick if he gets his cut.
My Grandmother intrusted her living will to Howard and associates. I was informed of this by my Grandmother. He was involved in a conspiracy to take money from my family. And further more has his associates harassed me today setting up civil suits against me in court. I would never trust this attorney. I went to his office and ask for a copy of my Grandmothers living will, i was handed a small piece of paper that said he gave it to a woman who was found to have 2 years later committed fraud against a company she worked for. ... read more
