We arrived for the 5 pm New Year's Eve seating. The server was polite and efficient. The food was fantastic. We ended the evening on the patio with a nice cup of coffee under the heaters but being blasted by smoke from the fire pits. The smoke was so noxious that we weren't able to stay to enjoy the rest of the evening but had to leave with watering eyes.
Atmosphere and service was great. Food was ok. I was not wowed by anything I had. Watched movies in the outdoor lounge. So comfortable. Stayed for hours cause they give you blankets! Love Clifton VA.
I went here last night with my husband and his grandmother. The ambience is very charming and cozy. Our server was very attentive and it was interesting watching him prepare to close out tables for the night -- making sure the wine glasses were spotless and the s&p shakers were filled (fantastic attention to detail).
