Definitely the nicest restaurant in Bethesda by far! Not only the decorum and Opera Night, but terrific people! Best Italian food ever! Great Wine selection! Took terrific care of us when we had a family dinner there this week. Will be back very soon.
Authentic Italian, and as an Italian with the best ( Mother)cook in the world, I KNOW~! Also family owned and family working to take ultimate care of you! My mother just celebrated another birthday their with her Italian friends, and we were accomodated better than be expected! Thank you Sorrento, especially Giovanni and Melinda! Fantastico!
We have been coming for "Opera NIghts" on Sunday evening for several years now and have enjoyed great food and entertainment by Diane, Joe and Josephine on the keyboard. They sing light opera arias, operetta favorites and show tunes, all the time while engaging the audience. The food is plentiful, delicious, fresh with detail to attention. Mom and Pop run the kitchen in this intimate venue that embodies a family run business.
