Italian food at its finest! Fresh, top quality ingredients put together with passion and love. The Trattoria is the best place to refuel after a long day of skiing, hiking, or fishing in the Green Mtns.

Omg! AMAZING! We had calamari (light and crispy), some of us had the snails and devoured them... Then- gnocchi, beef cheek, creamy porcini pasta with scallops and then my dinner of filet mignon, which I could have cut with my fork... We all had a bite of our own and were instantly saying "WOW, you have to have a bite of this!" As we all reluctantly shared bites with each other at the table. Trattoria Delia has been our favorite local restaurant for celebrations. Tonight we went to celebrate my birthday and were very disappointed. When my husband called a week in advance to make a reservation, he was pleased to tell me that we were to have a corner table near the fireplace. That sounded lovely. What we actually got was a tiny table sandwiched between two tables for four.
