We have some very good restaurants in Vero, however, Trattoria Dario is nothing short of outstanding! My last two visits have been some of the best dining experiences! One visit, we had grilled Caesar salad, which was amazingly delicious, imagine, lettuce! Awesome food! We lived in Monterusciello Italy for 2 years. True Italian! Delicious.
Perfect for our anniversary! Authentic food, fresh and perfectly seasoned. We got the grouper special with parmesan risotto and filet mignon with fresh vegetables & creamy potatoes. The dessert was amazingly moist and full of flavor! Thank you for a great evening!!
