I have been to Bella Sera several times, and have always been impressed, with both the food and the service. Travis is the best! My most recent visit (12/28), was kind of 'eh'. Not bad, but the food was a little off. I'm hoping that they did not change anything. First time without Travis as our waiter, but other than a couple drink mix ups, our server did a good job. I won't give up, hoping they just had a bad night.
We ordered lasagna for our Christmas luncheon and it was burnt badly. They refused to make us a another. I've enjoyed eating there but I will never go back. A woman hung up on my co-worker when we called to remedy the situation . I love to support local business but not this place anymore.

Beyond 5 ⭐️'s... I've been coming here for years! Im such a regular, when I walk in they know exactly what I want! Everything is delicious but I can't get enough of pollo limone 😆💕💁🏻! Best authentic food I've ever eaten!
