We are seniors and so appreciate the incredibly professional and kind service we receive. And beyond that, Tratech installed a heat pump for us. I applied for a rebate and made a mistake filling it out. Thus, the rebate was refused. I contacted Corie at Tratech and she took it upon herself to talk with Fortis on our behalf and fill out the application again. We just received word that we have received the rebate. We are customers "for life" when it comes to TraTech! We truly can't recommend them high enough.

4stars for service but 1Star for their billing. I used your services twice. Last year in October,they came for exchanging the heat pump and they charged me extra 45mins, when i asked they told me they will give me a credit of 45mins and it will be added to my account so when i use next time they will deduct in it. Last friday June 28,2024 i used their service for checking on my Central AC system. He came at 8:15am and left at 9:20am and still charged me for 1 and half hour.
