Answered phone in an incoherent tone and as a result I didnt quite catch his name which I thought he gave. So I ask him to spell it. Well he didnt like that and wanted to know why. I explained why and he said much clearly JEFF! I said hi its Chris here and then he wanted to know if I spelt my name with a K or a C? After clearing that matter up I ask how much for a quote to come and inspect and service a roller door. $180 for Morwell. I left it there.
Customer service ???????still waiting to hear back after leaving a voicemail and text re an urgent problem .Even a phone call just to maybe troubleshoot, would've been appreciated.🤔😪
Geoff installed 2 roller doors a few years ago, I was very happy with his work .Now, the motors don’t work, I tried and tried calling and messaging him, he would not get back to me. I finally got to talk to him, he would not help me. Thanks Geoff.
