There's always like a 80% chance I'll get a server who could not care less about us when I go to trappers. Last time was the first time in like a year the waitress didn't ignore us, but we waited like 15 minutes after finishing eating to pay and I had to turn my chair and just stare waiting for her to come around
This was my 1st time and definitely not the last. We went for an early lunch on a Monday and it was a very chill environment. The sushi chef, Kat, was super informative and helpful when explaining the menu. Thankypu for a great 1st impression! Love your food!🫶
I like trappers but they need to stream line their process, it takes for ever to get one roll and they only do one at a time. Most other AYCE sushi has a screen you can put your order in and can order up to like 15 items. If they changed that one thing I would give it a 5. It's also pretty hot or miss on if you get a good sushi maker, I mean they all do well at their job but there is one person who seems to always be in a sour mood. One of the worst stores for delivery workers. Always a 5-20 minute wait. Always not ready on time no matter how busy the store is.
