Really bad customer service from the staff and really rude. They also pester you to remove a review by harassing you, the owner also calls you to harass you. He should lose his business if this is how he wants to run it!
We did the Sphynx room with 5 of us and it was actually really fun. The man at the front, Akhtar, explained the room super well and he helped a lot when we would get stuck. 10/10 Definitely coming again.
Best escape, check out trapped in Burlington. Akhtar is the best!
