This place is a joke! We purchased a used vehicle from them 3 years ago. It was paid with CASH after financing interest rates were too high. TRAPP Finance Department failed to release the "loan" with Capital One and we never received the title. Now that we are trying to sell the vehicle, we realized we don't have the title. Well we NEVER received it because Capital One still had a lien on the car for $ZERO dollars!
