Todd, Clay, and John were all absolutely amazing as always getting me into my Trailblazer! I couldn't be more happy with everyone and everything!
Pros: The service in oil and service department is great. Cons: Some of us senior citizen customers (me), are employed (me), and we work Monday through Friday out of town (me.) It would be a great act of customer loyalty if you would offer the 20% discount on any day of the week, like Saturday. Thanks!
Trapp has an awesome crew and leadership. Steven in accessories, Todd Daigle in body shop and Barry Songe are incredible. The service and support is always impeccable.
Came early on senior citizen day. It was a cold breezy day so having access to the sales showroom was very comfortable. TV, restrooms, comfortable chairs, and coffee was a big plus.
Trapp Bodyshop did a wonderful job on replacing my bumper . The customer service was amazing and the turnaround time was great. I would recommend their service to anyone
