Mr. Allen and Mr. Clay were so easy to work with. They both answered all of my questions. Mr. Allen walked me through everything from the very first call until my final purchase. The service department and body shop guys are always friendly and efficient. My Escalade always comes out clean.
Worse mistake ever buying a vehicle without investigating the service department first. I made an appointment for oil change only to learn I had a 2-3 hour wait. I asked the quick lube manager what’s the purpose of the appointment. He says I don’t know because even though you have an appointment. It’s first come first serve. I’ve never heard of such foolishness. No STARS FROM Me

Cannot recommend Heather in service enough. Was having issues with Michelin tires that were under warranty and she went above and beyond to get my issue resolved.
