The service department and body shop guys are always friendly and efficient. My Escalade always comes out clean.
Worse mistake ever buying a vehicle without investigating the service department first. I made an appointment for oil change only to learn I had a 2-3 hour wait. I asked the quick lube manager what’s the purpose of the appointment. He says I don’t know because even though you have an appointment. It’s first come first serve. I’ve never heard of such foolishness. No STARS FROM Me
Trapp is my go to place for vehicles. I highly recommend Todd Adams as your sales person!
Cannot recommend Heather in service enough. Was having issues with Michelin tires that were under warranty and she went above and beyond to get my issue resolved.
Pésimo servicio vas a que te reparen algo y no te arreglan nada , pero buenos para poner servicios extras en tu factura que son super caros..😤
