Horrible Customer Service! – Just like the other bad review, they don't answer there phone. When we did speak with them I tried to explain that I needed to reschedule for another time because I broke my arm! They just didn't care and said that we could give it to someone else... but no refunds. I spoke with the owner and he was very rude and said the same thing they didn't care. I was really looking forward to this. Thanks for nothing you horrible company!
Beware - not very responsive – I bought a gift certificate to give as a gift to my daughter. She called several times to make an appointment, and never got a person on the phone. Left messages, and no one called back until the certificate had expired (no mention of expiration date when we purchased the gift). When we finally got in touch with them, they did not honor the certificate, saying that's why they have expiration dates. Worst gift ever.
Trapeze!!! – Wonderful teachers. Incredibly exciting!! They make it simple and fun to learn. It's an awesome way to do something amazing and out of the ordinary. You leave feeling like a member of their family and a real badass.
Loved it!!!!! – I just went to my first 2-hour trapeze class night, and it was awesome! All the instructors were great - very helpful, patient, and reassuring. Flying through the air is an amazing feeling. Swinging upside down just by your legs gives you a real big rush. And at the end of the class when you actually get to fly from one swing to another in mid-air, it's like nothing I could have imagined. I'll definitely do it again!
Live to Fly!!! – Hello Out There! I started flying on the trapeze about 4or so years ago. I was deep into motherhood, which is to say that I was so absorbed with my girls that I was missing myself. I just needed something new and different and man, did I ever find it in the trapeze! :) Trapeze has brought so much to my life. It is challenging and exhilarating. Most unique fun experience in town! – I have gone to trapeze austin a couple of times now and can't wait until I can go back. It is such an exhilirating experience to actually fly through the air. The classes offer something different each time you go so repeat visitors will continue to learn new things. By the end of the class, you actually get to make a transfer to a catcher, which provides such a sense of "I can do anything!" Definitley recommended!!!
Awesome time with Awesome people – What a great time! I went the first time, and the staff and other class members were so great, that I wanted to keep coming back. They're great teachers, and will make sure you have the best experience every time you come. Each class is more fun than the last, and I met the best people here. Definitely worth the time and money.
Trapeze is AWESOME – Every once in awhile everyone should do something a little out of the box, it is so freeing to push yourself beyond your comfort zone and succeed. For me and my son Trapeze Austin has been awesome. When my son started taking trapeze lessons in 3rd grade his grades popped up 3-5 points across the board. It was huge in building his self confidence which translated directly to better grades in school, he just walked taller. Best. Experience. Ever. – I was visiting my friend in Austin for her birthday and we wanted to try something a little different. We really lucked out! I found this class randomly online and we decided to give it a try on a Saturday afternoon. I am pretty uncomfortable with heights, but felt totally safe with the harness and net.
