staff could be friendlier. the breezeway from parking lot to check in is filthy, only get one chance to make a first impression. Lady at the check in desk eating breakfast. I would not have had a clue they were calling my name to come back for a scan the lady stood at the far edge of the room, whispered my name, and there were people standing between where i was sitting and she was standing in the door way.
