Made payments throughout 2018 and they decided to stop excepting. Now its the end of 2019 I'm now getting letters staying I owe.
This is the worst place I've ever came across, they have no human compassion or decency. No help for people trying to get their life on track tsi will tell you its tacoma municipals rules, but dont be fooled its theirs, just think about it. Girl I talked to on the phone was breathing so loud I couldnt even think.
Tried taking care of a ticket to get my license back and then after I paid it come to find out it's through an entirely different collection agency! Seriously! I'm wasting my money!
Debt collector- incompetent lol.
The fact that they didn't want to give me any information and they have had a ticket of mine since 1/11/2016 is ridiculous. I contacted the court directly and she told me I can pay them directly and there would be no interest and only $35.00 payments a month and my license is released. Very rude, un professional and absolutely no Customer Service.
