This is a scam organization that is out to fleece people- their own record keeping is horrible and can't tell you why you are bring charged and just threaten you with notices that are not true reflections of one's debt. This needs to be investigated by law enforcement as it seems to be a scam.

I owed, and paid for inoculations over a year ago and paid the amount not covered by my insurance. The MinuteClinic of Texas then billed me for about $44, which I disputed. After being harassed by another collection agency, Transworld Systems has begin to bill me. I deny I owe any money and intend to take Transworld to small claims court here in Texas if they don't desist. The Federal penalty for their continued harassment is $1,000 per contact.

I paid off collections and they refused to send me anything saying they were paid. They kept reporting the accounts were not paid even though when I called them they stated they were paid in full. They stated they would not report them as paid for 30 to 60 days because I could somehow default on the payment I made through my debit card directly to them.
