Transworld Systems reported a fraudulent account on all three credit bureaus. This account belonged to my ex husband and was deleted off my credit reports last year. It turns out the account was then bought by transworld and reported again. I not once received notification or validation of this debt from transworld. THIS COMPANY ****** A WHILE BACK MY DEBIT CARD WAS HACKED AND PERSONAL INFORMATION OBTAINED ON ME... ( CALLED INDENITY THIEF ) CLEARLY THE CROOKS GOT MONEY FROM MY DEBIT CARD TO USE FOR TRAFFIC TICKETS BOUGHT A BUS PASS AND A ITEM ON LINE.. THEY ALSO WERE ABLE TO OBTAIN PERSONAL INFORMATION ON ME AND APPLIED FOR 2 CREDIT CARDS THAT I NEVER GOT ,NEVER SEEN ETC.. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DEBTS OTHER THAN MY OWN... THEY EVEN REPORTED IT TO THE CREDIT OFFICES, AND I WANT THESE REPORTS REMOVED NOW...

I live abroad and have for over 3 years, whilst living out of the country I have no debt, due to me paying it ALL off, my credit score has since soared, unfortunately I checked my credit report/score in May (which I do periodically), and I saw a derogatory mark (first reported May 7, 2019), on all 3 credit bureaus causing my score to drop 32 points as well as having a derogatory mark against my credit from UW School PAO Student Account, in the amount of 200$ when speaking with someone from TSI they informed me that it was un... read more

Horrible business. They are very deceitful. My daughter owes money to an educational institution. We do not dispute that. My dispute is her balance to the institution is $745. This company wants to charge us $186.25 interest since they took over the collection in December. I asked if they could reduce or eliminate their fee and they keep blaming the institution, yet when I call the institution, they say no it is their (TWS) fee. I wish I could leave zero stars!!! This company is continuing to send my elderly mother invoices to collect on a bill that she does not owe. She was turned over for collection by a retirement home she used to live in. She is almost 86 years old and has had to deal with these people for months. When I try to call to get help they will not answer your questions. This company reported a negative account, after, by their own admission never sent me a letter and were attempted to contact me twice by phone, on a number that was a decade old. When I got the alert I called them to find out about it and they refused to remove it from my report even with full payment. (they would of course showed it as paid in full but that's not the same)

Not willing to do there job. Paid them 6 mouths ago and they are still calling and sending me letters asking to get paid. This is these harassment now and for a company they should know better. Like I paid and my bank said I did to.

Horrible company and experience! This company clapped someone on my credit report "claiming" that the information was placed on there from a client. After contacting TSI, I asked for additional information regarding what they placed on my credit report. They responded that they were unable to provide additional information as it related to medical because they wanted to protect my "privacy." WHAT !?!?!?!?!??
