If you want to sell a property to them be ready for this: promises that funding is in place, stringing you along for months with continuing assurances that funding is in place, then when they have to put actual money down on the deal (always at the last moment) they back out with the explanation that their funding wasn't actually confirmed. This has happened not once but twice, so I guess it's the old "fool me twice, shame on me" lesson.
The most unethical and dishonest group of agents (a Justin Miller, and a Kim Brooks) you may come across in commercial leasing as a tenant. They lied and misrepresented twice on two separate leases to me. I will follow up with Texas real estate commission regarding their misrepresentation of material fact involving my leases at Hillcrest tower in Dallas.
