If i could give negative stars I would. Once again, our truck has been stuck at transwest for 2 weeks, this is just the beginning of the down time. We brought our 2024 freightliner in for a PTO issue and exhaust leak. Number 1 issue being the PTO turning on and off by itself. We received an email today stating that the part is on back order for the exhaust manifold until 1/6/26 that is 20 days from today. Got here to pick up a truck that they've had for 2 weeks+, it had a fresh flat tire and some of the work wasn't completed , then they said they needed to do another repair order to fix the stuff they already had on the last repair order, and they don't do tires at this location
