Got here to pick up a truck that they've had for 2 weeks+, it had a fresh flat tire and some of the work wasn't completed , then they said they needed to do another repair order to fix the stuff they already had on the last repair order, and they don't do tires at this location
Fixed my inverter Great mechanics, Jeremy really went out of his way to help me out.
Worst experience I had with a dealer in the past 8 years! Please don’t take the truck to this dealer! Incompetence is at the highest level, there is no accountability at all! Trust my words! 8 days to fix a derated truck and they have replaced 5 parts - one every day! Trying to guess what’s going on with the truck! That’s absolutely insane!
