Don't come unless you want your entire day wasted. Brought the truck in for battery issues around 9am. 7 hours later still waiting for 3 batteries to be replaced.
Alex was amazing she is professional polite and very compassionate this is our best experience at a Freightliner I would give them ten stars if I could first class business very clean driver lounge area showers for drivers laundry My wife, Stephanie was driving our Cascadia and it started to decelerate she bought it to Transwest And they replace our DEF system thank God we had a warranty I highly recommend this place for their professional courtesy. They actually care about truck drivers and our time God bless them.
We just had a unit with full coverage warranty go down outside this dealership. We had it towed here for them to tell us debris is what caused the damage to the abs censor and tone ring and sent a quote over for $2,361.57 and when we asked if the Tone ring looked warn all the way around or if it had grooves or was warped the man himself Mr. Shane Szymanski said they would have to have the $2,361.57 approved to check for that. SUPERRR EXPENSIVE AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS IS LAST OPTION $250 PER HOUR THEY CHARGE ME ALMOST 3K JUST FOR REPLACE A NOX SENSOR. ALSO IN THE SHOP THE MECHANIC BROKE A FITTER AND THEY CHARGE ME 135 JUST TO FIX SOMETHING THAT THEY BROKE
wasteful place , i come for oil change and they didn’t due oil change and charge me 121 for nothing
