Great place to buy a truck
Terrible customer service, parts employees are just as worse. It’s like deer on headlights with those guys.
Took ten days to get me a quote for my new truck. A dealer in Houston took six hours. I guess Brighton didn't want the sale.
Truck broke down with red alarm "Engine Protection" 30 second shut down. Towed 75 miles, arrived at 14:00, truck was diagnosed and fixed by 10:30 the next morning. Very nice facilities and competent staff.
