One star is more enough for them. They have the baddest mechanic I ever see or heard in my life. They don’t know nothing the only things they know they charge a $777 right in the corner of their same problem exactly they want to charge again to the same problem so for my experience second times they’re doing really bad
Drove 50 miles to get a service done. I walk in next mourning they refuse to do my service cause I have my own oil n filters unbelievable.
They get the job done. Their communication is hit and miss depending on who is working.
I just wanna say thank you to Darren for reaching out after I called about needing roadside assistance. He was very nice and professional and even looked up my warranty to help me with my 2024 Cascadia. Chance was the Technician who came out to Loves truck stop and fixed my truck. This company really takes care of truck drivers. I was up and running and made my delivery with no issues and my truck is running fine. Thank you for helping me and thank you for keeping our trucks running 🚛🚛😁😁🫡🫡
