Ben, the CEO, is egotistical and doesn’t like to do his job, he uses acronyms, makes you feel stupid and generally makes the process harder than it needs to be. Unless you know everything about importing, DONT use this guy or company, he will ridicule you for not knowing his profession as well as him, instead of using his knowledge to guide. Dealt with Sydney branch a few times in the past to import goods from overseas, of which the experience was good. But this time the lady who coordinates the delivery in Sydney office is indifferent to the benefits for the clients. I was required to be charged twice for the delivery (for no communication on the estimated delivery time) and had to pay storage fees for the time wasted because of the extremely poor communication with the office!
