Incorrect speedy sleeves and nuts were supplied for my trailer, resulting in additional mechanical work to remove and replace components. Although Transtyle offered to refund the incorrectly supplied parts, they declined to accept responsibility for the labour and associated rectification costs required due to their supply error. This rectification work has now cost double what I had already spent for what was meant to be a simple annual service.
