Poor quality customer service
Incorrect speedy sleeves and nuts were supplied for my trailer, resulting in additional mechanical work to remove and replace components. Although Transtyle offered to refund the incorrectly supplied parts, they declined to accept responsibility for the labour and associated rectification costs required due to their supply error. This rectification work has now cost double what I had already spent for what was meant to be a simple annual service. First of all, I would like to say thank you for your help and suggestions on the day I came in to check out your torsion axles. You gave me some very smart suggestions to help me spend the money where the trailer needs. I appreciated it. Looking at some negative reviews from others about rusting components, seized bearings, etc and I feel they are very unfair reviews. Bearings don’t last forever, and they require maintenance and re-grease, many parts on the trailer will rust eventually even if they are well maintained, that’... read more
