Fabulous service by Bob and his staff...they took care of my GMC. I was on the road and broke down and Bob and his staff were the best. The truck runs better than ever... I have to update my story. I had problems with my tranmission in November and had to rebuild it again in another shop. I could only drive in second...Bob and his staff got me home. I am grateful for that. GMCs are known for faulty transmissions.
The owner and mechanics are very thorough in resolving problems, especially hidden intermittent problems. The office staff are very friendly and courteous. And for an auto repair business, they keep not only the office but, bay areas as well are not only immaculate but, pristine. I highly recommend Trans-Tek for all your automotive needs and service.
After a miscommunication and stress filled day got an unexpected apology from Bob Bruno for an incident that happened with my girlfriends car. Pleasantly surprised that had it not been for miscommunication and stress by all involved that trans tech was actually on right track with problem with vehicle. Part recall confirms it. Thank you.
