My husband took his truck there for his ac they got him in right away told him it would be ready the next day and it was. Up front with everything, easy to deal with I will be going back there
My company had trk towed there 4 fuel pump replacement located 1 + had it sent there arriving Tuesday took 3 days 2 fix because only 1 shift worked on trk their policy even though shop works 7a 9p lied 2 me + my company when it was 2 b done when I got trk back 630p thurs drvrs fuel tank damaged with numerous scrapes on it + put back on trk in wrong position these people are anything but professionals + if i treated my customers like they treated me my trk + my company id lose my customers in a week DONT GO THERE !!!
We had a very positive experience at the Elkton Freightliner facility. We were driving our 42' diesel motorhome when we got a high temperature and stop engine warning. We called the Freightliner 24/7 help line, and they advised us the nearest Freightliner facility was less than 15 miles away. I have heard horror stories of the damage caused to large motorhomes by being improperly towed, and was very reluctant to have ours towed.
