While I would primarily give Transtar 5 stars today’s service was inexcusable. I was discharged at 1:09 pm. I was picked up at 4:12 pm. 4:12PM!!! When I am at home getting ready for an appointment, the drivers are instructed to give me 15 minutes to get to the van. 15 MINUTES!! I AM BEYOND UPSET. I am trying to calm down so that I don’t end back up in the hospital. I would like to know what is going to be done to prevent this from happening again.
Extremely talkative driver for someone who just had surgery.
