Took 2 times to get a good torque converter they took care of it without any problem good customer service

Worst place ever to do business we bought a rebuild kit for the transfer case of his truck. They gave us the wrong parts 3 times and since we paid cash they said they had to mail a check which took 6 weeks to get one check when they said they sent 2 after we received one check they said they would 24p hour the other onevthen after a week they said it was all in one check which it wasnt we paid $250 for parts Nd got back $85 so they burned us for over $80 will never use them again or refer anyone to them

Transtar gave me the wrong parts 3 times and when I took them back I had to wait for a check that they said would be 2 weeks well 6 weeks later I got 1 check and didn't get the other and they took my receipts so now I'm getting screwed for 80 dollars will never use them again and worn every one not to

This company sucks. I went through three of their transmissions over the course of 18 months. Getting them to follow through with their warranty was the biggest headache. The transmissions suck, the service sucks. Not pleased with them at all.
