I placed an order for transmission parts on October 3, 2025, and was told they would arrive by October 9th. I called that morning to confirm, and Kelly, the salesman, told me the parts were indeed coming in that day and that he would update me when they arrived. By 3:00 PM, I hadn’t heard anything, so I called and left a voicemail. No response. I called again at 4:00 PM — voicemail again. Took 2 times to get a good torque converter they took care of it without any problem good customer service

Worst place ever to do business we bought a rebuild kit for the transfer case of his truck. They gave us the wrong parts 3 times and since we paid cash they said they had to mail a check which took 6 weeks to get one check when they said they sent 2 after we received one check they said they would 24p hour the other onevthen after a week they said it was all in one check which it wasnt we paid $250 for parts Nd got back $85 so they burned us for over $80 will never use them again or refer anyone to them
