Very friendly, Frank is a cool guy,, I like to listen to his stories,, have me laughing my face off,,.
My father went in for a part and he told the employee what he needed and showed him a message he had on his phone that showed the numbers of said part. The employee, a Hispanic, immediately said I can't read Spanish. Okay thats fine, but my dad was showing him the message so he could read the NUMBERS not what the message itself said, as he had told him.
