I used to deal with Transtar years ago when they were the largest automatic transmission parts company, now when I went there, more than half the warehouse is filled with general repair parts from a company called C&M Not Automatic trans parts. It has really changed. I went to try to get left handed nuts for Honda Odyssey shafts and did not get to talk to manager or salesman to see if they had them, which I doubt if they even had them. But I guess they ship everything in now instead of stocking what they used to.
TranStar has it when they don’t. I love their site too.
Unlike many parts stores, you leave a message and no one gets back to you. they actually do return calls, very professional and good business ethics.
Racist environment, deplorable working conditions and a "Manager" who talks "at" and not to her team. I would not recommend anyone work here or support this company.
