5 Star : My Experience We’re with State Farm but prefer Transtar over their long list of body shops, where I often felt like just another number. They paid Tran just as the others but he went beyond and did extras. He a regular for us and always details the car to new condition. Since the car was in his shop, he did all the fluid changes (transmission to) and a tune up with Toyota parts. Other shops don't order OEM parts and that's a deal killer for us.
