Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone, every dept... I tried them all, didnt matter. NO ANSWER and leave a message.. even marketing.. way to NOT do business..

Being rude seems to be part of their business policy. I spoke with Ed from sales, and he put me on hold without any notice, misled me, and then hung up. There’s absolutely no excuse to treat customers this way, it ruined my day for no reason at all. Calls go unanswered, nobody ever picks up the phone, and there isn’t even a number to reach another branch. The way they handle their customers is not just unprofessional, it’s completely unacceptable and ridiculous.
Placed a friction plate and sorag order for a nag1 transmission. B2 plates were wrong and they charged me shipping and for replacement of parts already paid for. They did refund original parts that they screwed up on but I'd go elsewhere to source parts. The f2 sprags they make for their brand is garbage as they don't fit and the machining looks Ike it was done by a child. Rough edges and fell apart opening the packaging.
