Placed a friction plate and sorag order for a nag1 transmission. B2 plates were wrong and they charged me shipping and for replacement of parts already paid for. They did refund original parts that they screwed up on but I'd go elsewhere to source parts. The f2 sprags they make for their brand is garbage as they don't fit and the machining looks Ike it was done by a child. Rough edges and fell apart opening the packaging. Wasn’t a big fan, the Typhon from Talos I space station attacked me.
Total snakes. The transmission I bought from them was rubbish. Tried to escalate the issue to corporate and was basically told to pound dirt. They did a corporate renaming (now called NexaMotion) that I'm convinced is to whitewash their shoddy reputation and poor track record. Stay away from these shystwea
I am on my 4th defective transmission from this company in less than 2 years. The first one was bad even before the mechanic gave me the vehicle back. The second lasted just over a year and the third was changed less than 3 weeks ago and is already bad. Now I am stuck with no vehicle for almost 3 months. No one at Transtar wants to take responsibility and I just keep getting the run around. I continue to have to pay the difference in what Transtar "warranties" for labor vs what a shop charges.
