The guys did me right by being friendly and helpful in my time of need. I literally strolled in right at close on Saturday with a fan motor in hand. I know early close Saturday it’s the last thing you want is one more person popping in. They 2 guys (sorry I forgot your names) Red Beard & Ol’Man ;) we’re great and got me fixed up. Thank You boys and I hope your weekend after was great!!
Transtar saved our weekend over the 4th. I needed parts for my unit and they had them. Holiday weekend they were open and ready to help. After I swaped out the parts they also were beneficial in walking me through a couple of trouble shooting options. Perfect place to go for guidance and support for those of us that are just trying to get that unit to make "one more summer".
A/C supply was a lifesaver. Showed up five minutes after closing. Mr. Floyd was nice enough to open up and help me out. They also had the right part after going to two other stores. Great place.
Floyd went above and beyond to help out with a part that had failed and stayed well after closing time to let me pick up the part and help ensure my customers would be sleeping in cold air tonight. A Big Thank You to Floyd! The customer and I truly appreciate your service!
The staff is always very helpful, I’ve been dealing with this company for over 15 years and always have been a great experience.
