The employee who helped me has a bad attitude. I don't think everyone is like that, but they should be trained to respect the customer and be more friendly.
Transtar A/c supply inc sold me an HVAC capacitor but charged me more than double using a different item ID. When I disputed the charge, they admitted to intentionally overcharging on low-cost items. Purchased capacitor TRCFD405 while they charged me for PRCFD405 capacitor. Unacceptable business practice. Buyer beware! Unacceptable business practice. Buyer beware!
Guys we’re fast and efficient…had my parts ready to go…always go above and beyond of their regular duties…super nice also👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I’m adding to this review and it has nothing to do with any employees at the front counter….on 9-28-2024 I came in and purchased a mobile home airhandler and the matching uncased evaporator coil, a total of $1331.79 was spent…we found out the homeowner had 2 remaining years of warranty on the existing evaporator coil…I brought back the purchased uncased evap coil, still in the box and complete... read more
