In my dealings with the owner and CEO, Brawley Reishman, I have found him to be deceitful, dishonest and vindictive especially regarding his financial responsibilities. Homeowner associations thinking of working with Transproperties Management would be well advised to look elsewhere. Brawley is one of those internet bullies who thinks that he can trash businesses anonymously and fabricate fictional accounts of events to suit his angry rants. Our condo association switched to Transproperties about a year-and-a-half ago. Prior to the switch, we did a lot of investigation into which management company to go with. We ultimately decided on Transproperties because they deal only with condo associations, and we felt that this singular focus would benefit us.
