I waited about 3 months to write this review. I got a toyota from this place. First time financing a car. I own my others. I chose a toyota that i saw from the mcdonalds drive thru. This toyota has been the best car ive owned hands down. I have already put nearly 7k miles on it. Driving throughout the country some on roadtrips. Im really happy that i chose to get this car from here.
Locals. Friendly. Honest. I suppose possibly I could be upset that when the time I was told the car would be ready it was not, but the owner apologized for the 20-minute delay and handed me $20 and suggested I hang out at McDonald's which is in their parking lot for just a moment. I accepted $5 and ate breakfast. I appreciate that the owner took the time to make sure the car was immaculate at the time of pickup. Norman is the most kindhearted person in Wise County. I bought a Jeep Cherokee from him, and it's been a great, dependable, vehicle. Keep up the excellent work!
Good deals fair and honest
I'm still waiting for an approval on a car from Norm and this kind man has gone so far above and beyond to put me in a nice, clean, dependable vehicle. I give his service and help 5 stars, because whether it works out or not for me to get the vehicle I need and want, he's absolutely done everything he can and that's what makes him just a really good person at heart.
