Unacceptable and illegal parking blocked in 4 other cars to make a subway sandwich stop completely unprofessional and out of line
These people are always late. I called to see where my driver is and I’m being told they have a 30 minute window period. So if my pick up time is 8am the driver has until 830am to get to my home? That’s insane. Then the timer they have on their website is not accurate. It will say the driver is 6 mins away but technically he’s not. He’s 20 mins away. STS do better. Why have time slots of your not going to arrive to your customers home in time. Transit is a little more accurate than this company.
