We dealt with Jimmy and Sarah. Both were extremely professional, accommodating, and friendly. We needed additional strapping on a 1995 double wide mobile home. In Indianapolis. If you have moving needs, repair or upgrades needed, you need Transport Inc.
my heat went out last night and by 11 a.m today Sara had someone out, we ended up requiring two visits today and they went well and we didn't need to take out a loan to pay for it all. Sara was genuinely concerned for my family's safety w/droppings temps. I will never use anyone else for HVAC services, this company is professional, friendly and very reasonable in price. thanks Sara and the guys!
Absolutely this is the most unorganized places to work or do business. It's as simple as this? Piss pour !
I wish I could give them 0 stars. They are horrible, they try to charge me extra to hook up the water that was on their quote that they would do. They didn't hook up any of the h vac stuff. We only had air blowing through 2 ducts They tried to steal our brand new material that was extra. That was laying on the floor of the kitchen in our new home. Take my advice, stay away from this company.
